1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChiFlowTV (the "Service"), available at chiflowtv.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ChiFlowTV ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

ChiFlowTV is a membership-based online video streaming platform specializing in traditional Chinese wellness practices. Our library includes instructional and practice videos covering:

• Tai Chi — classical forms and partner practices for all skill levels
• Qigong — breath-centered energy cultivation routines
• Baduanjin — the Eight Brocades, a foundational qigong sequence
• Traditional Chinese Meditation — mindfulness and visualization practices
• Supplementary wellness content — health, flexibility, and longevity practices

Content is streamed on-demand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, add, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

3. Subscription Plans

ChiFlowTV offers the following membership plans (prices in USD):

All prices are inclusive of any applicable fees. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will retain their current pricing for their active billing period.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through our trusted third-party payment processors:

• PayPal — PayPal Holdings, Inc. PayPal's terms and privacy policy govern transactions processed via PayPal.
• Paddle — Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for card-based payments. Paddle's terms and privacy policy govern such transactions.

For Monthly and Yearly plans, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You will receive an email receipt from the payment processor for each successful charge. ChiFlowTV does not store your full card number or CVV; this data remains with the payment processor.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information in your account. If a renewal payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us at support@chiflowtv.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

The Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and is not subject to renewal or cancellation; it remains active for the life of the Service.

6. Refund Policy

Our detailed refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Monthly and Yearly subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the account has not been used extensively.
• Lifetime members are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Content Usage

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream ChiFlowTV content solely for your own private, non-commercial use. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Download, record, capture, or otherwise make local copies of any video content
• Share your account credentials with others or allow simultaneous viewing by multiple unrelated individuals
• Distribute, publicly screen, broadcast, transmit, or sublicence any content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or index the Service

All content on ChiFlowTV is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Service:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Service
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Conducting unauthorised security testing or penetration testing
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or DRM protections

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in prohibited activities, without refund, and to report such activities to relevant authorities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.

The wellness content on ChiFlowTV is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChiFlowTV, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You and ChiFlowTV agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
