At ChiFlowTV, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for your membership subscription.

1. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions ($9.90/month) may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that:

• You have watched fewer than 3 full videos during the subscription period.
• This is your first subscription purchase (not a renewal).
• Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.

Renewal charges for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions ($79.90/year) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to the same conditions as monthly refunds above.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

3. Lifetime Membership Refunds

Lifetime memberships ($199.90 one-time) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your lifetime membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have watched fewer than 10 full videos.

Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method:

• PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account or original credit/debit card.
• Paddle payments: Refunded to the original credit or debit card used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions — Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The refund window (7, 14, or 30 days) has passed.
• You have consumed a significant portion of the subscription content (more than the limits stated above).
• Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• The refund request is for a subscription renewal (not the initial purchase).
• You have previously received a refund for the same type of plan.
• The purchase was made using a promotional code or special discount that explicitly stated non-refundable terms.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancelling and requesting a refund:

• Cancellation: Stops future automatic renewals. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
• Refund: Returns the payment for the current period and revokes membership access immediately.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of ChiFlowTV after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
